Inflammation in your stomach, small intestine, and large intestine can result from the immune system reacting negatively from environmental triggers, virus, or bacteria. This can also be a genetic condition. There are different conditions that correlate to the phrase “inflammatory bowel”. These include irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, Chron’s disease, and different colitis’.
