About Z Herself
As a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science and advanced clinical training, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the science of nutrition and its transformative power on health and well-being. My passion for nutrition began early, growing up as a young gymnast and soccer player, where I quickly learned how nutrition could optimize my performance and support my academic goals. My father coined the motto “study, eat, sleep” to keep me grounded—a phrase that’s guided me ever since.
Over the years, I’ve led teams in hospital settings, most recently as the lead dietitian at St. David's HCA, where I gained valuable insight into the nuances of patient care. This experience shaped my evidence-based, personalized approach and inspired me to establish my own practice, Z Dietitian, where I offer clients the time, support, and individualized plans they deserve.
My journey with nutrition deepened when I faced my own health challenge—struggling with hormone imbalances. This experience required me to take a closer look at my own health, digging into how nutrition and lifestyle adjustments could relieve symptoms and support hormonal balance. It added a new layer of empathy and understanding to my work with clients who face similar challenges.
